Sorry this is a non-smoking chalet house.
No pets.
The chalet is to be vacated by 11am to allow us time to clean before the next arrival
Booking in is at 4pm - we will allow you in earlier if we are able to do so and we will happily store your luggage if you are early.
There is a local tourist tax of 1.15 Euro for each person over 18. (please note that the tax maybe increased in April 2009).

There is an end cleaning charge of 80 Euro.
Payment is accepted by cash transfer - we will provide details of our account upon booking or by personal c cheque but bookings are not confirmed until the cheque clears. We are not currently able to take credit card payments but hope to make this facility available shortly.
25% of the total cost of your booking is to be paid upon acceptance of your booking.
The balance is of your booking is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.
The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances unless the circumstances leading to cancellation is a result of us being unable to complete the booking.
If you cancel your booking the deposit is non- refundable
If you cancel your booking after full payment we will endeavour to fill your booking and if we are able to do so we will refund you the balance over the deposit that has been paid.
